Stop learning digital marketing in pieces. Learn the whole system.

The problem

You've watched the videos. So why doesn't it add up?

Here's how most people learn digital marketing. A YouTube video on SEO. A free course on Meta Ads. A certificate from somewhere. Then three reels telling you everything you learned last month is dead.

You end up knowing a lot of buttons. You don't end up knowing marketing.

So the ads go to a page that doesn't convert. The posts get likes and no leads. In an interview, someone asks, "If you had ₹50,000 to grow this business, where would you start?" and your mind goes quiet.

That isn't a talent problem. Nobody showed you how the pieces connect. SEO without content has nothing to rank. Ads without a funnel burn money. Content without trust gets applause, not sales. Marketing is a system, and you've been learning it as a list.

Now add AI. Anyone can produce a blog post or an ad in ten seconds, so the button-pushing part of marketing is getting cheaper every month. What's getting more valuable is the person who knows what to build, why, and in what order.

This programme is how you become that person.

The framework

One framework that holds every channel together

Deepak has taught one idea since his first webinar on it in 2016. It's now his book, Deep Marketing, and it fits on one line:

Every tactic you've ever learned fits somewhere in CATT. Once you see it, you stop asking "Should I do SEO or Instagram?" and start asking "Which stage is broken?" That second question is what separates a marketer from someone who knows marketing tools.

Full-Stack Marketer follows CATT across twelve weeks, in four phases. By Week 12 you won't just have learned the system. You'll have built one.

Why it's different

Built for doing, not watching

A real project from Week 1.

You pick one business (yours, your family's, a local shop's or a client's) and build its complete marketing system over twelve weeks. You finish with a working engine and a case study, not a folder of notes.

Live teaching, every week.

Deepak teaches live, answers questions, and takes apart real work from the cohort on screen, so you learn from everyone's mistakes, not only your own.

Every assignment reviewed.

Each week ends with something to build, and a mentor tells you what to fix. Most courses skip this part because it's expensive. It's also the part that makes you good.

AI inside every module.

Not a token "AI week". Every module shows how to use AI to research, write, design, analyse and automate, and where it quietly gets things wrong.

Fit

Who this is for

Career starters and switchers

who want a real skill, and a portfolio that proves it, instead of another certificate.

Working marketers

who know one channel well and want to understand the whole system, so they can lead instead of just execute.

Business owners and experts

who are tired of depending on agencies they can't evaluate and want to run their own marketing with confidence.

Freelancers

who want to sell outcomes instead of hours, and price accordingly.

Who it isn't for

  • Anyone looking for a get-rich-quick shortcut. This is twelve weeks of real work, on purpose.
  • Anyone who can't set aside 6–8 hours a week. The assignments are the course.

Curriculum

The 12-week curriculum

Four phases. Twelve modules. One project that grows every week.

Phase 1: Content (build the foundation) · Weeks 1–3

Week 1

The Integrated Marketer

How marketing actually works, from first click to final sale. CATT in depth, choosing a niche, and researching your customer properly through interviews, reviews and search data. You'll also set up the AI workflow you'll use for the rest of the programme.

You build: your capstone brief, customer profile and 12-week marketing plan.

Week 2

Content and Copywriting

What to say before where to say it. Content pillars, formats, hooks, headlines and storytelling. How to turn one idea into ten pieces, and how to use AI to draft without sounding like everyone else.

You build: a 30-day content calendar and your first three pieces.

Week 3

Your Digital Home

Every channel sends people somewhere. This week you build that somewhere: domains, hosting, WordPress and AI website builders, landing page structure, page speed, and capturing leads from day one.

You build: a live website with a landing page that converts.

Week 4

SEO and AI Search

Keyword research, search intent, on-page, technical and local SEO, and the links that matter. Then the new part: showing up when people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google's AI answers instead of scrolling through results.

You build: an SEO audit and three optimised pages.

Week 5

Social Media and Personal Branding

Which platforms matter for your audience, and which to ignore. LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube; short-form video, carousels, and how algorithms decide what spreads. Plus how to build a personal brand that keeps paying you back for years.

You build: optimised profiles and a two-week posting sprint.

Week 6

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram ads from zero: objectives, campaign structure, audiences, and creatives that stop the scroll. Pixel and Conversions API set up properly, budgets, testing, and knowing when to scale and when to stop.

You build: a live campaign on a small test budget.

Week 7

Google Ads and YouTube Ads

Search ads capture demand that already exists. Keywords, match types, ad copy, Quality Score, bidding, Performance Max and YouTube. Above all, reading the data and cutting waste before it cuts you.

You build: a complete search campaign and keyword plan.

Week 8

Email and WhatsApp Marketing

The channels you own. Lead magnets, list building, welcome sequences, newsletters people actually open, and deliverability. WhatsApp broadcasts and communities, done without annoying anyone.

You build: a lead magnet and a five-email welcome sequence.

Week 9

Automation and Authority

CRMs, segmentation and automated journeys that keep nurturing people while you sleep. Then the trust builders: webinars, workshops, case studies, reviews and community.

You build: an automated journey from sign-up to sales conversation.

Week 10

Offers, Funnels and Conversion

Most marketing fails at the offer, not the ad. You'll design offers with the SCOPE framework from Deepak's book Deep Offers, then build funnels around them: lead, webinar, low-ticket and application funnels. Sales pages, pricing psychology and A/B testing.

You build: a complete funnel for your capstone offer.

Week 11

Analytics and AI Automation

If you can't measure it, you're guessing expensively. GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, attribution and Looker Studio dashboards. Then AI agents and automations with Zapier, Make and n8n that take repetitive work off your plate.

You build: a live dashboard for your capstone funnel.

Week 12

Get Paid, and Demo Day

Turn the skill into income: a job, freelancing, an agency or your own business. Portfolios, proposals, pricing and interviews, plus how to sell without pushing, using MAP + COAST from Deep Selling. Then Demo Day, where you present your capstone.

You build: your portfolio case study and Demo Day presentation.

A portfolio case study that shows what you built and what happened.

Hands-on experience with the tools employers and clients actually ask about.

A way of thinking that outlasts every algorithm change: find the broken stage, fix it, measure it.

A network of people who did the work alongside you.

Students taught

Deepak didn't learn marketing in order to teach it. He learned it by doing it, and started teaching once he'd seen what actually works.

His first startup, the motorcycle publication BikeAdvice, became India's No. 1 motorcycle blog, with over a lakh followers and a million-plus page views a month, and he exited it in 2012. He then worked as a digital marketing manager at startups including Exotel, Practo, Instamojo, Razorpay and MoEngage, and at Practo he ran a Google Ads budget of ₹1 crore a month.

In 2013 he started DigitalDeepak.com, which has been ranked among India's top 10 digital marketing blogs. He co-founded PixelTrack, an agency whose clients included HDFC Bank, YourStory and Mercedes-Benz; launched the edtech platform LearnToday; and ran the 12-week Digital Deepak Internship Program, which this programme builds on.

He's a TEDx speaker and has written columns for Entrepreneur and YourStory. He wrote Edge of Sanity, a book for entrepreneurs, and Deep Marketing, the first book of a trilogy that continues with Deep Offers and Deep Selling. Today he also runs Alpha Club, an application-only mastermind where experts build their marketing, offers and sales with him.

Everything he teaches rests on one idea from Deep Marketing: marketing is teaching. That's why he teaches this programme himself, live, every week.

A note from Deepak

I've watched digital marketing change every year for nearly two decades. Platforms rise and fall, algorithms flip, and now AI writes the first draft of almost everything. What hasn't changed once is the logic underneath: pick a niche, teach through content, earn attention, build trust, then make an offer.

That logic is what I teach in these twelve weeks, along with every tool you need to act on it. The tools will change again next year. You'll know what to do with the new ones.

If you're ready for twelve weeks of real work, apply below. I'll see you at the first live session.
